Open **Creator console → Settings → AI**. Availability depends on the plan, platform policy, community settings, and your role.

## Review each AI surface

- **AI** — shared usage, credits, model/session context, and reasoning-visibility policy.
- **Profesor AI** — tutor enablement, persona, voice, course grounding, and behavior available to members.
- **Retention** — AI-assisted retention policy; operational approvals remain in **Creator console → Retention**.
- **Channels** — governed connections such as WhatsApp, Slack, Teams, or Telegram when installed and enabled.
- **Certificates** — public-verification privacy and generated-assessment review.
- **Practice** — course-grounded practice cards in the tutor.
- **Item Health** — nightly quality diagnostics for practice concepts after enough real responses exist.

## Enable with a test plan

1. Review the source courses, persona instructions, privacy boundary, and credit budget.
2. Enable one feature at a time.
3. Test representative questions in each supported language, including a question the content cannot answer.
4. Verify citations or source grounding, refusals, permissions, and the member-visible fallback.
5. Review generated practice items and correct answers before broad use.
6. Monitor credits, channel delivery, quality feedback, and Item Health.

Treat answers, questions, summaries, and outreach as drafts unless an approved workflow explicitly publishes or sends them. Reasoning visibility is not a substitute for source verification. Never paste secrets, another member's private memory, payment data, or unapproved personal data into a tutor instruction or channel test.

If a tab is missing, confirm the feature and plan are enabled instead of guessing a URL. If output is generic, review course indexing and Cerebro sources before changing the persona.
