Getting Started

Clases communities combine member access, learning content, events, and community conversations in one place.

Choose the right starting point

• Use Help for Students for joining, courses, lessons, practice, progress, events, community participation, and account settings.
• Use Help for Admins for community setup, members, courses, AI, safety, integrations, growth, and monetization.
• Use Community MCP when connecting an approved external AI client to one community.

Members

1. Sign in with the email address tied to your membership.
2. Open My Groups and choose the intended community.
3. Review Community, Classroom, and Calendar for pinned updates, available courses, and upcoming events.
4. Open My Learning to continue active work and confirm progress.
5. Use profile settings for language, notifications, privacy, security, and payment controls.

Group Admins

1. Open the intended community and enter the Creator Console.
2. Confirm identity, language, privacy, support, membership, and pricing defaults before inviting people.
3. Publish at least one welcome resource or reviewed course for new members.
4. Test the member experience with the role, language, and access level that will actually use it.
5. Review current reports and alerts before changing access, billing, safety, or automated-agent settings.

Verify before inviting people

Open the member-facing About page, community feed, Classroom, Calendar, and help panel. Check that links resolve, draft content stays private, times use the intended zone, and every visible image has useful alternative text. Never use a real member record, token, private conversation, or payment detail as test content.

Need More Help

Use the in-app helper from the page where you need support. The helper receives route context so it can prioritize articles and tools that match your current workflow. Include the community, route, expected result, and non-sensitive error text; keep credentials and private member data out of the request.
